This is a totally interactive and intense experience, where guests immerse in the `klopse' carnival culture of Cape Town. We learn to play goema music, the music of the carnival, and learn to sing a carnival anthem. We learn how the `gummy drum', the drum of the carnival is made. We enjoy live performance by carnival troupe members, before feasting on a traditional carnival meal called `tafel', a rich spread of Cape foods. We end the experience with a street march - it's like being in a Brazilian carnival troupe, marching the streets with a big carnival band of horns and drums!
