Her forbidden face is stone cold Their men only want to have a hold Decrees follow upon decrees with no rhyme or reason This woman has been infested by a horrible bacteria, This bacteria causing propagation by spreading a serious disease This young girl has tasted annihilation by being humiliated & isolated It is suffocating Outside her home, broken t.v sets are scattered on the streets There are robbed figures on the streets They are killing this woman in silence She lives in day of interminable dark tunnels of inactivity Characterized by cries of young women who have come into contact with These men who want to have a hold I now know why she hesitates for so long to cross the street Why it takes her an eternity to walk upstairs She lives in a moving prison – these men want to steal her face These men want to witness the slow death of life behind the veil.
